1 Introduction & Eligibility

Banglbat is an online entertainment and betting platform built with Bangladeshi users in mind. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Banglbat and its members.

By using Banglbat's website, mobile interface, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

To create a valid account on Banglbat, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and, if discovered, may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each member may register only one account — multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number you provide at registration must be active and belong to you, as OTP verification will be sent to that number.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Your password should never be shared with anyone.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled to keep your account secure.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Banglbat support immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Banglbat supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers and card payments are also accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• For security reasons, withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for your deposit.
• The mobile number and payment number registered to your account must match at the time of withdrawal.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Banglbat reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

Banglbat processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For international payments, the applicable exchange rate will be based on the market rate on that day.

4 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — please verify all details before confirming your bet.
• A maximum bet limit applies to each betting market. These limits may vary depending on the event and market.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Banglbat reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a system error.
• Pre-match bets that are not settled before a match begins may either continue as in-play bets or be cancelled.
• In cricket, if a match is concluded using the DLS method, that result is treated as the official final outcome.

If any member engages in dishonest betting practices — such as averaging, arbitrage abuse, or automated betting via software — Banglbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Banglbat offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only — it cannot be claimed more than once per member.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement, which typically means betting the bonus amount a specified number of times.
• While a bonus is active, wagering may only count on specific games or markets.
• Every bonus has an expiry period — typically 7–30 days from activation. Unused bonuses will expire after this window.
• Banglbat reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

Banglbat believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That is why we are committed to promoting responsible gaming at all times.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings.
• Once a session time limit is set, you will be automatically logged out after the specified period.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to deactivate your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Setting a cooling-off period will suspend all betting activity for the specified duration.

• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

9 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Banglbat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be given at least 7 days' notice via email or an on-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account — please contact support.
